[Resolved]  Rto India — permanent driving licence test result status still pending after clearing the test

I have given my permanent driving licence test on 01/11/2019. I successfully passed the exam and officer took my learning licence along with dl forms. But till now on sarathi.parivahan.gov.in it is showing pending test result though i have already passed the test. Please let me know why there is so much of time consumption goin on and please update the result please.
