Rto India — product not receiving

NEAR SHIV MANDIR HATHA, PHARGANJ 2ND COLONI,KISHOR BHAG, MANDORE, Jodhpur, Rajasthan, 342026

My driving permanent driving licence has been approved two month back and i checked the status online but still it not delivered at home address and it has been more than a month and as per process it was supposed to be delivered within 15 days but still i have been following up but no resolution is there. As i stay out for my job si it is not possible for me to go to rto every week and check for the same.
Kindly look into this.
