[RC No. DL9CAQ2137] Dispatched on .06_Jul_2018 and can be tracked using Speed Post Tracking no. ED[protected]IN. Thanks PALAM -Courtesy:MoRTH Received this SMS on 6th july 2018, but still not received RC, when tracking the above mentioned consignment number on speed post website, the consignment does not exit. My licence was stuck on pending approval for 2 months.
