Hi, I bought a used car from Karol bagh Delhi December 2017 .
Documents submitted for RC transfer 16/12/2017 its been over 3 months and I be again process the application still checking online and the previous first owner showing on RC .
Just need to how I can get this sorted RTO says they have done the changes but why is not showing online yet and I didn't receive any RC please can any one help me
