Rto India — refund process | |||
My application number is [protected]. I did payment twice ..But both time money was deducted from my account. Please refund my money for failure transaction. I went to rto office gurgaon. First they were not help full.. they didn't say clear what I have to do.. they only told me go this person.. another say another person.. worst experience in rajeev chownk rto office.. I want money my back.. if we want learning licence than we need atleast 3-4 working holidays.. Was this information helpful? | |||
