Rto India — rto india driving licence not been approved

Respected sir,
I have given two wheeler with gear dl exam as on 7th of february 2019 with application number and even after waiting almost 1 month the application only showing pass as status and the dl not been approved yet, card printing and dispatch is pending therefore. Can you please tell me what i need to do in order to get my driving licence.

I have given my test on 4th of Feb and it was locked in the system that i have been passed test for both lmv and 2 wheeler on 6th feb 2020 but even after 1 month it is still pending for approval, scrutiny and dispatch which is very inefficiency on working ethics
