Tulsi Ram and i have been sold my old bike to Raj Singh through an Agency, but the Agency failed to provide any legal documents to Raj Singh regarding the ownership transfer. Consequently, Raj Singh is currently using the bike without proper registration or ownership papers. When you advised Raj Singh to initiate the process of transferring the bike's documents into his name, he refused to comply.
