Rto India — rto india the driving licence number is not approved in dl backlog since 2016

I have my driving licence issued in 2016 from faridabad, haryana (Hr29). I need to get a dl extract for which i tried to log into https://sarathi.parivahan.gov.in/sarathiservice7/dlextarct.do page. On entring my dl details i am getting this error message : this driving licence number - not approved in dl backlog!!
