Rto India — showing dl application is under processing at rto level

Dear sir,

I have made the payments, successfully done vehicle trial in front of rto officer for permanent driving license but the application says :application is under processing at rto level and pending at scrutiny for many days now.

Can you please resolve this issue.

Let me know, what process is left from me? If not left any process then why delaying my driving license by rto officers?
