Rto India — two time payment are cut in the account

In online tr ansaction of rto online payment
Rto online payment metod in my 1350 rupees payment are cut in my account, but it is error and not messege are forward to mobile messege but i will second try it will successful, but fess (Payment) are twise time cut means 1350 rupee and 1350 rupee are cut……. Please request my problem are solve early time
