RTO India — unable to give learning license test

Sir,
I applied for the Learning License online in Kapurthala Punjab. I have completed up all the stages including the fees from my side and everything on the website is showing completed but I am not able to give LL Test. I watched the tutorial video and tried to proceed for LL Test but when I enter the application number and captcha, it asks for password which I haven't received and there is no resend password option. If enter anything in password it shows in red color that face authentication is not successful and proceed with face authentication before giving LL Test but there is no option to authenticate the face.
