Rto India — vehicle registration number not received

Hi, my name is niraj pednekar, i booked a mahindra mojo from a dealership named s. M auto. The registration fees have been paid but i have'nt received the vehicle number yet. The dealership guys cannot do anything about as its a matter of rto. The details of the registration text are mentioned below:-
I have received a text message saying,
Received rs. 20, 294/- against new registration vide receipt no
Mh2d[protected] dated 12/12/2017.
