Updated by viu Autodrivers are taking more charges unnecessary from panvel station to dmart. For travelling from panvel station to dmart auto drivers are charging 30 rupees but actual price is 20 if rates are changed why not put the price change label on back side of driver so that customer can understand that rates is been changed. By telling orally that rates is been changed by auto drivers how can we trust them that means they are cheating us unnecessary since we are giving them the business so they have to respect the customers. Today i got badly experience that arugment from auto driver saying your life would not begood, you will be not happy in your life. Is this way to behave with customer since customer is giving the business to auto drivers and he forcefully begged for giving the extra money 10 rupees that means total amount 30 rupees had to pay the auto driver from panvel station to dmart.since we are regularly travellers through auto we know the charge from panvel station to dmart is 20 rupees not 30 rupees. if actual charges is changed try to intimate the customer by putting label on back side of driver seatand signed by senior management so that we can trust the auto drivers
