Rto, Panvel (Mh 46) Navi Mumbai — Unable to find status of renewal of driving license

I have applied for renewal of driving license to rto office panvel, navi mumbai (mh 46). i have attached the scanned copy of payment receipt. there is no way of tracking of my application status. repeated visit to panvel rto is of no help as every person on counter tries to evade the visitor.
