Rtr Digital Marketing — offered services not provided after taking money

First off all I am raising complaint that the company RTR Digital Marketing is existing or not. I got a call from Ms. Prithi and she explained me about the services they provided. Service offered was mainly on new meetings with people, arrange dating etc from my current area. Based on this they asked for membership registration of Rs.3000. I felt interested and I paid the amount. Afterwards they taken Rs.5000 each two times offering that by paying this amount we can arrange meeting in real with ur partner. So total Rs.10000 I transferred to their account. After this, no response is given by them and they are asking more money to proceed further. Then I asked for refund amount but they are not accepting and not replying. So I want to raise strong complaint on this agency for cheating and I want my total amount Rs.13000 back.I have attached the transaction amount snapshot also here,
