Ruby Hospital — discharge of my wife sonali guin admitted in su-2054 since 12th feb'20

I stays outside kolkata and returned to kolkata to discharge my wife, who was admitted in su-2054 since 12th feb'20 under the supervision of dr kaushik ghosh.

It's my earnest request to get the discharge certificate and all cashless formalities completed by today eod so that i can discharge my wife tomorrow morning at 10 am.

It may be noted that i will be leaving kolkata tomorrow by evening flight.

Pl. Treat this as utmost urgent and do the needful and inform me accordingly.
