I have booked a flat in palace heights. At the time of booking They said me Rs 3200 per sq ft all inclusive. I booked there at the same price.After giving 20% of money when I went there for signing BBA. There is a clause of extra 4%. I talked them regarding this. They said we will issue a letter for waiver this 4% and they refuse to return back the money and told me that they will deduct 20% if I want refund. It still more than 2 yrs happened now they say you have to pay 4% and denied for issuing the letter.
Also, When we visited there site before booking in sample flat they have semi furnished kitchen and before booking they promise to give semi furnished kitchen but in BBA no clause for semi furnished kitchen then they said we will give semi furnished kitchen as a gift that is why it is not mentioned in BBA.
