I had ordered SK30 saree online for 1499, for gifting. The moment I saw it in the ad I liked it very much. So I ordered and got it on time. But, the moment I saw it physically, I was very much disappointed. It was nowhere near as shown in the ad. The actual saree is not even worth 500. These people are fraud. I sent a mail to these people saying all these things and asked for the replacement or refund. They did not even bother to answer my mail. Even the reviews posted for individual sarees seems to be manipulated. Because, they are same for almost all sarees. I do not recommend these sarees. Please do not buy.

Hello All- This was my first experience where I have ordered online saree from Rudra Silks. I had ordered SK14 saree online for 1499. I have also got cheated. I have sent 3-4 mails but no response. They are not ready to share the warehouse number to return the saree. Very bad and poor customer service. All the reviews are fake on there sites. Please let's join together

Bad qulity I want Return my money
1.I ordered ethnic silver white saree from Rudra silks. It was completely different from what I saw in the picture. I spent ₹1500 for a saree that wasn't even worth ₹300.
2. The critical review that I wrote on this website wasn't visible.
3. The company told that there would be a seven day return policy and for that we'll have to send an email. But neither my mail nor my whatsapp text or call was replied back.
4. I have posted the image of what I received and that I saw in the website.

Hello everyone, I was also cheated 6months ago. I had word with Rudra Silk as well as their shipping partner that Is shiprocket.in we posted a picture on instagram.

I also buy from Rudra silk !! They have name Rudra apperal and Rudra silk !! They send two saree cash on delivery.I paid 3000 for two saree !! When I opened I was shocked to see sarees!! Worth of Rs 400 saree was inside and different colour and design!! Plz do something against these people otherwise they make fool of other innocent people!! Thanks

I brought a saree from rudrasilks. They shown me good sare but they sent really worst product and 1500rs I paid plz requesting cancel the license and they have give my money back. And they are not responding, once delivered goods they are blocking. Next time website not opening, this is is online shopping fraud from rudrasilks, need to take serious action on rudrasilks.

I ordered saree 1499 cash on delivery from . www.rudrasilks.com. they mentioned it's return and refund. But they not responded. And quality of saree is worst. Third class service. They even doesn't deserve one star rating also
How can we get our hard earn money back orderd a Saree for 1500 but received very bad quality what to do
even after emailing and messing for return no one replied.
This site should be banned, as i can see lot of people have gone though the same problem
