I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received during my recent visit to your office. As someone who traveled a long distance to seek your help with obtaining a Canadian visa, I expected to receive timely and efficient service.

Unfortunately, this was not the case. When I arrived at your office, I was made to wait for an hour and a half before I was attended to. Not only was this a waste of my time, but it was also highly inconvenient and frustrating.

I had made arrangements to travel to your office based on the time slot that was assigned to me, and your failure to keep to your appointment time caused me a great deal of inconvenience. I had expected that a reputable company like Rudraksh Group would value its clients' time and make the necessary arrangements to ensure that appointments are kept on time.

I was highly disappointed by the lack of professionalism and respect for my time that I experienced during my visit to your office. As a result, I have been left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with the service I received.

I urge you to take this matter seriously and take steps to ensure that your clients are treated with the respect and professionalism they deserve.
