Rummy Circle — continuous loosing money

Address:East Godavari, Andhra Pradesh

I am member since one year in Rummy circle. before that I was member in ACE2three just for one year. In one year they looted about much and I came to know that ACE2three is NO.! cheating site and do many cheap tricks by planting their staff in board and grabbing amounts. After I noticed and informed by many people I shifted to Rummy Circle. In the beginning they are so encouraging by make to deal 5 out of 10 game, so that it is no loss no gain afterwards they started tricks. If I made any redemption from my earning, definitely, next two or three days or till I re-deposit amount, they wont allow me to deal single game. Secondly, before declaring bonus period, they loot entire amount in account and forced to deposit in bonus period.. Then I started making complaints about this, and they taking revenge by emptying my deposit in next day and allowed to deal one successful game this is the way these sites are eating public money fraudulently. Is there any way to teach them a lesson by law? pls

Till now I've deposited about Rs. 30, 000/- into rummycircle account.
I've not withdrawn a single rupee and my balance now at rummycircle is
Rs.2/- Whenever I deposit money, the rummycircle's software works hard
to bring our cash balance to minimum level and takes away about 80% of
our amount by giving such a cards - For example it gives 5 Jokers
without life sequence and nobody drops the game with so many jokers,
when we start playing game we get all cards except life card and we will
end up by giving full points. Sometimes the software give so many good
cards like for example 2 4 6 8 9 J K it looks so attractive we never get
cards between these rows. After loosing 80% of our deposit amount
suddenly we get a big win (we think we are very skilled by now) after
that next 5-6 games we get all irrelevant cards like AA KK 66 etc. again
we will loose money, after losing 5-6 games again suddenly we will get a
big win with all life sequences and jokers.

I think the rummycircle's software is designed in such a way that
everybody get win sometime but never allow you to maintain sufficient
cash balances so that you never withdraw money (ONLY DEPOSITING). Just
keen to know who is getting all these deposited moneys? The 15%
commission that rummycircle deducts from the prize money is not correct
one, I think the target is 100% deduction by allowing us to play for
sometime.
Yes, I have also noticed that whenever I have withdrawn my winnings, next 5-6 days, I have lost miserably and forced to redeposit withdrawn money. This has happened 4-5 times with me. I have lost more than 1 lakh already and Elite Club player but right now I am broke due to continuous cheating from Rummy Circle. Now I have understood our account and cards are completely controlled by them. I will never ever play online cash game from now onwards. Sadly, I have to cope up with my losses which I will never get back. I still regret the day when I first added cash in this site. Indian govt. should put a ban on such sites!
