My user name is Wizsat. Recently my cash withdrawal were failed consecutively 4 times and received email stating that "couldn't be processed by the bank" blaming my bank. However there was nothing wrong from the side of bank. I had already withdrawn cash successfully before.
When I contacted customer support via email, phone and chat, none of them tried to solve my problem and kept asking me to place new withdrawal which I did and failed everytime.
I sent a mail stating that there is no value for the cash as it can't be withdrawn and so I would drain them. They blocked my account. I was so angry and mailed them stating that they are fraud. After that they transferred my money (without placing any withdrawal request) and blocked my account permanently.
1. The reason for blocking my account is not justified.
2. There is enough valid reason for my disappointment as -
- my withdrawal was failed 4 times consecutively
- on contacting support through email, chat, phone call, none of them were able to solve the problem instead they told me to keep making new withdrawal request, which I did and failed everytime
- banning an account for exploding a customer's disappointment over a GENUINE issue is not acceptable.
I have sent multiple mails to unblock my account but they rejected. Was this information helpful? |
