                          I have added amount of 2000 to rummy circle account which was in pending and later it got successfull transaction I have shared every detail of the transaction including UTR no[protected] but rummy circle saying amount not received. I have contacted my bank they clearly told that amount got credited to the said merchant but still not refunded it or added to my rummy circle account.

                              I had placed the instant withdrawal request of my winning amount of 26000 however rummy circle app take the request and then after some time cancel the withdrawal request with some error from there end. If some one withdraw a small amount in hundreds rummy circle immediately transfer small amount but when the amount goes in thousands they never pay. I am waiting for my 26000 rs from a long time. The modus operandi seems like they want all the people to play and lose the money back to rummy circle app and not to take anything back.
                              Kind request to everyone... Kindly block rummy circle and never play on this app.

                                  Hi i played rummy on rummy circle and i lost my all money and i deleted the app but after 2 days i installed the app and trying yo login but i failed
                                  So i mailed to customer support they are said your account was blocked and second time they said your account suspended due to break term of service, i asking for proper explanation but they didnt given proper explanation and now they didnt reply my email
                                  I have all my gameplay video recording
                                  I asked support team give me proper explanation if you want proff i will send the video recording of my all game but they didnt reply me
