[Resolved] RummyCircle.com — Not processing my withdrawals | |
My name is venkateshwara rao and I have played on this RummyCircle site recently. After occurring quite a loss I won some games and placed a withdrawal. From 29th of last month they are not processing my withdrawals. It's says placed with bank and when I write a email they send an automated email instead of replying to what I wrote. And after that they say wait for 72 hours. But till now 72 hours have been completed and yet they don't process it nor they didn't reverse the money back to rummy account. I request the consumer court officials to take action and once I recieve the money I will never ever play on this site again. Kindly help me Was this information helpful? | |
