[Resolved] RummyCircle.com — without any reason they locked my account | |
My name is satyanarayana and recently i have opened a account in rummycircle.com with the username smart. Lol. It's was going fine and one fine day they locked my account and said they observed some irregularities and violation of terms... Here comes the point. If they obersverd so then they have to mention what exacrly it is. But i have written many emails asking them the reason and when my account will be activated they don't even reply. Atleast they should tell me the reason for holding my account and even inform whether it will be activated or no in future. But they are least bothered to give. Now explain me what kind of customer service is this when upon asking reason for holding my account they don't even reply. So its very clear that they wantedly held my account without any reason. If they had any they would have replied me. Finally i am asking one more time. What is this reason for holding my account and when will it be activated.
