Iam rahul username smartr0391 and also have a another one smartr039 recently i won 12000 in pool rummy in my smartr0391 account and took a option withdraw but idid a small mistake that is iwas use one bank account in two accounts so rummycircle team was hold my two accounts and saying upload documents iwas do that but it says rejected and the option not working idproof address proof so i dont know what to do exatly iam confuzed i was take option delete my one rummycircle account smartr039 why because rummycircle dosnt accept one bank account for multiple accounts so now iam a single account after this confuzeion iwas send messege to rummycircle team but they are not responding to my mail "HOW CAN I WITHDRAW THE MY 12000 ""plz help me

Iam sending again and again but they (rummycircle team)Not respond to me iam send my bank statement sir actually my name rahul but ihave already account i n that account so i creat second account anothername rajamohan plz help me wihtdraw the money iwon 12000 in pool but the team doest help to me what is this nonsene "iam recomended my friends to join in rummycircle and ihave been playing two years" in this site suddenly its happen iam irriteted about it?? some times they send plz "upload documents" to solve the problem but the options" id proof and address proof not working" i click the idproof option but it says" Something went wrong while serving your request !!!

Ofcourse iwant also upload documents but the optoins not working and rummycircle team is not respond to my mails first i will send you bank details and id proofs in mail plz provide me a valid mail thats all
Im ranjith i cant play case game andtransaction with my account
So please solve the problem
