From 5 years i am being with u. I will make sure all my 20 of friend will be closing the account with rummy circle. Its not all fair for being with u 5 years u treat like this. For complaining about ur card distribution just like that u cannot close my account. If refund all my money which i have deposited n played till now. I will just try an email to ur ceo and co founder to activate my account. And i will write n this linledln profile also. Its like u people are fooling everyone just like ur closing the account. If am complaining about some things for more 10 times its an issue from your side. Try to fix it and make the customer happy not like this u closing the account. Every time u send only the auto generated email. When we call the helpline the represtative just say verification team closed ur account. Write an email. I want my account back. You say that u will responsed to email within 3 hrs. Its been 24 hrs now sending an email about my account. Where is the reply and what kind of customer service u have. They don't even bother to response and blame on each other for blocking my account. Why verification team so stupid in blocking account. I saw consumer complaint app there 916 cases very u have blocked customer account.
See I am least bother about others issue by when u people will activate my account.
