Sir I want to file complain against rummy circle website my rummy circle username is (chetu8889) I have won around 36000 RS in a rummy tournament on 7 January. First they deducted around 10500 RS TDs and till know I haven't received any TDs receipt.They only send me RS 20000 . And they have captured my 5000 RS saying that your 3 refered freind are not genuine and till date I have only refered 3 friends . And I have proof of their genuineness where should I go to get this money please help me they are not replying to my mails and till date I haven't received the TDs receipt that they deducted.
