Dear,
Rummy circle admin i have a problem
In this application i am not connecting to cash games it's showing 'you have logged in from a jurisdiction which we do not allow to play on cash games' like this. Am facing this problem since last week am not connecting any cash games and tournaments. So verify this problem and rectify this problem as early as your possibility.

We understand that you are facing issues while trying to play cash games or adding cash although you are not playing from restricted jurisdictions. We have some good news for you!!

Just follow the below steps to continue enjoying uninterrupted- awesome game playing experiences with us!!

1) Desktop – If you are playing from your desktop or laptop, please ensure to click on “Allow Access” if you come across the below pop-up screen.

If you have cancelled or clicked on [x], on the above window, please click on “I Confirm “on the next pop-up window as shown below:

Click on “Allow Access” on the next pop-up window as shown below: Don’t click on [x].



If by mistake, you have clicked on “block or deny” on the previous windows, you will see the below pop-up window: Just click on “click here to know more” and follow the steps mentioned.

Please note, you can also check your current location as shown below under My Accounts > Profile:



2) From Mobile (chrome browser only): m.rummycircle.com

Follow the same steps as mentioned above for all the pop-up windows:

3) Mobile Application – APK

All you need to do is uninstall the current version of the APP( delete the APK file as well which will be stored in the download folder) and download our latest version from here. Or you can also give a miss call on [protected] and install the APP from the link provided in the SMS.

The new version of APP has Geo Location enabled in which your current location will be tracked. Once you have downloaded or upgraded to our latest version, you will be asked to turn on the location in your android mobile.

Yesterday I will add cash rs 500 & rs 300 in rummy circle but amount not receivedoing my account I was add cash from net banking . My name muruganantham my user Id sankarka7761. Please clear my problem and rs 800 amount add my account
I am from Andra Pradesh, iam attached my Aadhar copy&pass port I'd but cash games not loading, i upload one week ago but not coming, please evaluate the problem.. till now msg shown as you are logged in jurisdiction which we do not allow to play on cash games please evaluate the problem

My current email id is [protected]@gmail.com.this is correct. but my rummy circle account profile details [protected]@gmail.com.this is not correct email id .i am more time complaint for u ? but no response.please contact my no.[protected].can u speak tamil person?
