[Resolved]  RummyCircle.com — KYC is pending

I have opened a new account with rummycircle.com and deposited and played some games. after winning some amount i wish to withdraw amount.
for that they asked me for KYC verification process.
but for my surprise they told me that document was already being used with some other account.contact customer care.
i contacted them from past 3 days and they are saying we found some irregularities you can't do any cash transaction on my your account.
i have tota 14493 in my account.how can i withdraw this amount.my userid is gova54321and my mail id is [protected]@gmail.com.
please help me regarding this
