Hi, I have withdrawn an amount of 10, 650 from my rummy circle account and i have got a message that your transaction is cancelled. After some time i got a alert that the money is reverse and after time account is blocked though i played fair. Its been 15 days since this happened and i did not get my money and i am dropping a mail daily and their isn't any reply from rummy circle support team. Verified Support Jul 19, 2017 RummyCircle.com Customer Care's response Dear Harsha, We have observed the collusion related fraud (wherein the players exchange cards and win the game unfairly) multiple times in your account. Hence we had to close your account (Login ID-buddhagandhi) permanently. On 14th May 2017, similar fraud was detected and subsequently your account was blocked and then reopened after a warning. However, the fraud was again observed, due to which we had to close your account. We did send you an email on 5th July 2017 and informed that you have violated the terms of service of RummyCircle. As per the process, due to the repeated violation of terms of services, we had captured the funds from your account. Funds were refunded back to the players who had dumped these in your account. Remaining amount of Rs 616.75 has already been sent to you. Please review our email, sent to your personal email ID (from our customer support team) for further information. Regards, Fairplay team.
