My account Zezz9 is blocked for no mistake of mine and my rs. 20600 odd money is blocked neither I can withdraw or play with it when I try calling customer care they aren't answering my call and the machine says to wait an executive will attend for hours n hours and one attends when I complaint via mail I don't get any proper reply and I was assured a call back from the rummy circle team and now it's more than 20 hours I haven't received any call from the team that is really unprofessional from the Rummy Circle part. I don't understand why they have grabbed my whole 20000 change and no allowing me to withdraw my own money. I did contact but no support, I am always getting a computer generated replies from your side my query isnt getting answered. Now I am not even able to contact your customer care via call you seem to have blocked my number. This is really getting out of hand you people are robbing my money and also robbing people like me by giving lame excuses and not replying for my mails and not picking my call on your help desk.
