[Resolved] RummyCircle.com — not responding to my mails | |||
Dear sir/ madam, I have been playing rummy circle since long time. When i lose money i request them to close my account to keep myself from control. But when i want to play again i am opening new account and uploading my id for kyc purpose. But recently they allowed me to open account and i deposited around 20, 000 rupees. While playing i lost my money and somehow i regained my money and requested for withdrawal. Now they are not updating my id for kyc and not giving any response to my mails. Jun 2, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Actually it has been resolved luckily because the step i have taken. I have requested for withdrawal of the money I got in my account before they close my rummy circle account. Otherwise they would have captured my money as they closed my account and never responded to my mails. RummyCircle.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||

I have placed my withdrawal of 75000 rs in rummycircle but they asking me income proof which is unwanted..
Please i have lost more than lakhs in rummycircle now when we win they r doing like this. I will die if they dont process my request today
