RummyCircle.com — refund my lost money or give me another tournament ticket

I have won wednessday super over ticke.and try to join so many time .but cant join.rummy team said my app was not update.but if such problem occure then why team is not allow to play me such tournament for ticket.i have lost 1600 to 1800 and got that ticket.but rummy team not allow me to join super over tournament.pls take any kind of action against him.and refund my money.
