[Resolved]  RummyCircle.com — unable to withdraw my cash

I logged in my account with rummycircle id ajram2001, but i am getting error like unable to play cash games or withdrawal of my amount 12200rs. I sent an e-mail to customer care, they told me like i have multiple accounts so they closed my account. Again i sent an e-mail to them with below queries. If you don’t mind can i know accounts that are related to me
First of all i am pretty new to online platform how can i have related accounts?
I felt cheated as i already poured my amount into it.
If you want any proofs of mine please let me know. I will provide them
I thought of playing free games and started paid games.
Please show a way to run my accout possible re activate my account if not give my amount refunded

I added attachments of pan card and account details for the verification purpose. But still i didn't get any response from them. Please let me know how can i proceed on this one.

I sent number of emails, no one is responded with proper information.Provide the accounts which are related to me otherwise deposit my account.if I have multiple accounts how it got accepted when I am trying to do KYC.when I lost money you don't have any issues, when I earned money then you will blocked it the reason of having multiple accounts.just provide me the list of accounts I have.

Dear sir my account is block by you for security reasons and my money deducted by you my balance is 173 which is deducted currently my balance has 0rs I m not understand why please help me by reopen my account and credit my money back
