Runwal Group — complaints not reverted back and no feedback from customer care | |||||
Ive booked an apartment in my city project. Im an nri so im not able to get call them and the person incharge never replies to my email and same is the case with their customer care... The only concern they have is the payment when will they receive thats the only thing they can email about... My installment payment cheque bounced and morr then a month but no one contacted me back saying why the cheque was declined and after sending them email also twice they dont revert back and the nect email i receive from them is the next payment request The relationship managers are not concerned about the exiting customers and they dont have time to reply back to their emails. Unprofessional management i must say and they dont even know any details if my family calls them from india to followup. Everytime the relationship manager changes and theres some new person who knows nothing about it. Ive emailed them regarding my cheque bounce as to why it got bounced and they are not bothered. I tried calling several numbers mentioned on their website and everytime a new number is been given to me and when i call that number another number is given to me and like this i called 5 nunbers and finally no one replies. Utter unprofessional people but if the payment delays they know how to charge penalities but when it comes to customer service its zero.
