This is Ankesh Panchal, booked flat 2308 tower 14 at runwal gardens on 08/11/2020 by paying 1% booking amount of Rs 38420 plus GST. While booking we clearly informed your executive and your inhouse banks that we will combine mine as well as my father's income for loan and my father's retirement is near in 2022, and if loan not possible we will cancel our booking and take refund of booking amount and Axis bank executive assured us that your loan will be sanctioned within 15 days but they rejected the application several times saying my salary is transferred through IMPS and my father's retirement is near. Axis bank also took blank cheque from us saying it will be used for processing fees and it will not be deposited without informing us but axis bank deposited the cheque for Rs. 5900/- without our consent and when ask they said we forgot to inform you.
After several rejection we informed about the situation to runwal's loan department team Mr. Atul Malusare and Mr. Harvinder, they submitted our loan application to various bank but even they rejected stating same reason as axis bank.
So after all this frustration, we visited the site for booking cancellation and told to refund our booking amount but we were informed that runwal have no refund policy which we were never informed earlier while booking ever after explaining all the details, this clearly justifies we were cheated by runwal.
For booking cancellation I sent mail to Shreyas.[protected]@runwal.com & [protected]@runwal.com even after several reminders I did not get any response.
Now no one is responding to our calls form site and when called on board line and asked to transfer call to CRM, they put call on hold and do not transfer the call.
