Ref: refund of rs. 15, 38, 295 /- and waiver the 24% interest on delay payment.
Flat no. 1805, 1.5 bhk, 770 sq ft. “my city project”
This has reference to your email dtd. 16.6.2017.
It is to be stated here that as already mentioned in my early emailed - i had simply signed form at the time of booking of flat for just completing formality. Actually neither i was aware of terms & condition of retuning amount nor your sales executive get me aware of the same. This was responsibility of your sales executive to get me aware of the fact of returning booking amount at time of booking flat and he had taken my signature on relevant document. As such your organization is entirely responsible to return my amount. However you have not returned my booking amount so far, is actually in justice to my family.
Dough severally mentioning the fact, “to returned my booking amount humanitarian ground ” in my emails from dtd 21/7/2016 last one year. You have only denied my payment and not return my amount till date. You are being one of the very branded, reputed, and popular builders in mumbai region and attracting several customers since long, you have to return my amount being customer myself middle class and genuine family financial problem.
Due to delay returning of my amount and cancellation mail, i have been suffering from hipper tension & mental disturbance resulting in high bp (Enclosed h/w my medical report) and because of further delay in payment if anything wrong with me, you will be head entirely responsible for the same “human life is more important than money”, which may please note.
I, therefore, earnestly request you again and again to submit my case sympathetically to your management committee to review the matter to sake of family and humanitarian ground and arrange for returning my amount rs 15, 38, 295 /- as early as possible. If your organization fails to do so i have no alternative but to go ahead to prefer my case higher authority to get justice in the matter.
