This is related to the runwal eirene - thane, balkum naka.
I booked my flat in end of dec 2017 (Tower reasua-6c), under the scheme of 9% on booking and 70% in next 3 years each, 15% for last year and remaining 6% on possession. With no gst and no sd scheme. (Its just a scheme name. Else we have to pay everything.)
It was for 78 lac (1 bhk - all inclusive)
There is a big blunder in runwal eirene crm team. After booking, for next 2 months they did not update my scheme in their system.
They were giving me reasons for the same. This includes the crm team members as well as the manager named swati utekar and manasi sakpal.
They already informed me that my loan sanction amount is dependant of 78 lac. But as per govermment policy they after decreased my loan amount depending on the registration amount as 64 lac.
Which directly caused the difference of 14 lac to me. Apart from that after paying near about 7 lacs rupees for initial payment including stamp duty of 3.8 lac on time, still crm team was unable to proceed. I followed it up for multiple times.
Its was clear that they were using my 7 lac for 4 months. After continuous follow ups finally they register my flat in may.
But the main loss begins where my already approved loan interest rate increased from 8.35% to 8.45%. They were not ready to take this responsibility.
After all this mess, after the registration in just 5 days, the disbursement letter was out with increased rate of interest.
The letter was directly passed to the bank without informing me. I had told them that, i will be paying the some amount form the disbursement.
But still they were not accepting this and asked me to arrange whatever amount i wanted to pay in very short period of time of just 2 days. Apart from all the difficulties i managed amount and paid cheques to them and asked bank to get the disbursement. Then bank employee (Yashwant wagh from icici bank - he does not have any knowledge of the scheme and he also wanted to fool us by making delay and providing whatever charges. He was also wanted us to pay the pre emi interest by force to get the commission) told me that my floor technical oc is not ready form builder and hence disbursement got delayed. And now again i will have to pay the increased mclr rate value to the bank.
So without any of my mistake and just because of the irresponsibility of runwal crm team i have to suffer from the loss of near about 10 lacs as the bank interest. Where this team will not be taking the responsibility of it.
This is the pathetic and horrible crm team with reputed builder like runwal. There are lots of other things which caused me mental and financial loss, everything is difficult to put here and explain hence upto this.
