Yes, my aunt is also going through this same problem. There are certain system in machine for which we required guide book or sheet. As most of the people like us won't waste our time for customer service man come home now and then, until for a serious problem. But the purifier is really good and reliable.

Shahtri has reviewed. but i feel majority for the household people don't required such kind of self-help guide, anyways their after-sales service is quick. The company also provide as well presentation on its usage once bought.
