Rupali Industries — Water purifier worst product with worst service

One and half year back i have purchased new home hence i have purchase new water purifier form Rupali Industries. it was installed @ new home before we move there.
Initially water was bitter in test for few days, but immediately from first week we can see dirt accumulated inside the container where purify water is store. For the first time i have clean it and place it gain, since its manual cleaning system. Again same thing Happen, after giving repetitive complaints they have change my water tub blue transparent one to white solid box. Still my problem did not solve, it remains same. after every complement a person visit for cleaning and just wash the water box with water and lemon, and take a signature for visiting and giving the service. During that period no one ask to fill feedback form. Same thing keep repeating. immediate after giving service no one care for re-complaining and avoid giving service by saying Technician will visit your place soon. thus the way whole period went without proper solution and respond.
Recently in the month of April i have got one mobile number which was using for whats app also. immediately i have talk on that number[protected] ⁠ ) explain my problem and whats app images of dirty water. And god replied "Ok. I shall check ur service card and revert u soon" and then pin drop silence. i just keep pinging on whats app and keep adding images but no any replay. almost after a month person visit and done as normal cleaning and went. finally i decide to give complaint against them and ping accordingly on what app

After talking about complaint immediate next day Rupali madam called me and instead of listening and understanding my problem start arguing with me, saying i am trying to give you solution but you are not accepting it, but in reality she was the only person who was talking a lot and not listening at all. finally Rupali said ill take our machine at there place and check it for 2 days. i have accepted that and send purifier as she said. After 2-3 days when i received machine back, technician said we have replace all the things including white container box. i really dint know about inner things but i can see white box was very clean and looks new. they have change the water pipe of my home also. But they never said that there was problem with there system. Again after 2 days Rupali called me and said i will send my technician again that time only you open it, so we can check the status you keep continue use of it for one week. one day before the technician visit i found dirt in the water which i take for drinking. Next day technician visited i told him about the problem but he was speech less, saying will check he opened the machine for cleaning and found something transparent partials like jelly inside the white water tank. Technician was speechless and afraid, he went outside the house and may talk with Rupali. When he returned he just said don't use the water and talk and share the images with Rupali. After all this again there was long pose. Technician was suppose to visit again but never turn back.

When i contact Rupali she was saying though 1 year is completed i am giving you service, so you should be thankful for it. Again and again she was forcing me to keep using that machine saying we did not found any problem, still we have change anything and now you are not using it. i was trying to say her mam your technician only ask me not to use the machine but she was not at all ready to listen. after long discussion i said forget everything will settled this matter by refunding me the amount, then her reply was in the first month of installment we deduct 10% and refund in your case that's not possible any how i convey her saying since very first week of installation i am complaining for one thing only and its still not solve, she agreed but ask for receipt. Now i dont fiend my receipt she is arguing and not ready to give me a receipt copy of bill which is suppose to be with company.

Rupali is very arrogant woman with attitude. Please dint buy anything from Rupali industries you will only end up with headache and noncence argument with Rupali
