Rupayzon — product not delivered and no response, through calls messages

Hello,

I ordered an "apple watch series 4 gps + cellular 44 mm aluminium case" on 23rd february 2019 and i paid ₹12000 on 24th february by transferring to their icici bank account but post receiving the amount they stopped responding back.

They informed that they will be dispatching the product by 24th but there was no response. I chased them on following days via whatsapp, call, and email but got no response but today they blocked me and then turned the phone switched off.

I have already raised this concern to the consumer forum #1178573

Please help me to address the query.
