S H Mumtazuddin Times Pvt Ltd — nokia phone purchased and replacement guaranteed but not giving

We had purchased nokia 105 2months back and its seaker is nbot working the store said that this phone is replacable also its written on the phone that it needs to be replaced if within warranty period . The nokia care people also said that they are liable to change it and i would take strict actions against sh mumtazinuddin and sue them as they always give duplicate and damaged product and then they never replace it. So kindly please take my complain against them and take strict actions against them.
