I hereby inform you that the complaint against my vehicle access 125 with registered bearing no: TS 10 ED 8344 has been serviced at your saboo service centre at R.p Road secunderabad, with job card number JC16000312 & Cash memo no: BC16000271 Dated: 11/06/2016, i further state that my vehicle rear wheel set i.e rim and tyre has been changed with intensionally or by mistake the was noticed on 18/06/2016 that too my vehicle got deflated and i went to get repaired the tyre and service person told me that there are multiple tubeless punctures for this tyre and he as suggested me to change the tyre or for meanwhile you can install the tube inside the tyre i said ok, my doubt araised here, because my vehicle never got punctured and that too mutliple punctures, and immediately i have sent my brother to discuss with the service manager and my brother met mr. krishna the service manager at saboo service centre at r p road, as the manager said it is impossible to get changed and my brother gave him some hint also that my vehicle wheel manufacturing dates are completely different from each other on front wheel i the date is 06.04.2015 and rear wheel date is 17.12.2014 and also i have placed some symbol to my vehicle wheels that was also discussed with that manager later my brother came back home and discussed with me this matter and after fews days i visited your service centre i, e today and i met the same person mr. krishna service manager i discussed with him politely regarding this matter, he was not even considering my words and started talking rudely, stating that we wont do such things at our work shop, later i said him that by mistaking it might happen some times with mechanics or other persons at work shop i requested him to cross check with is colleagues he said it is not changed here it might happen somewhere he said then i had word with him that am going to raise a complaint to regional manager about this matter he said to complaint anywhere you want with is dare consequences, and i hereby attaching the vehicle tyre and rim images with this mail, i therefore request you to take necessary action and solve my issue at the earliest.
