Safa Relocators Packers And Movers — Unauthorize bike transfer insurance and handling charges

My bike (Suzuki Gixxer SF) got damaged during transport from Bangalore to Ranchi...
It cost me 12000 to repair (most major parts completely damaged and got changed like main handle totally broken into pieces, petrol tank got crack, headlight burst out, stand broke and dislocated, clutch & gear bent and broken, bike pillion seat side bent and destroyed forever) from nearby Suzuki service center.

This courier agency didn't handle very well, wrapping of my bike was more inhuman,
They rounded my bike’s gear 90 degrees and totally destroyed my bike stand and gear. Bike Handle totally bent like 90 degrees, completely damaged. Back pillion handle got broken. Left side of the bike has been dropped like a million times by delivery persons. They didn’t even care, used like garbage. The Main Handle got bent and broken. Petrol tank got cracked and dislocated. Front side was completely damaged.

I requested my bike transfer on MAY 2021. It’s been 7-month (DEC 2021) no update for my recovery or insurance refund, I had like thousands of WhatsApp messages and 100s of call asking for my damage refund and charges, yet they gave only total 3000 rupees (got in instalment of 6 month) till now and now they are not responding my message, ignoring my calls not picking it up. I can’t suffer for another 6 month or 1 year or forever for their fake hope to get my all-damage refund.

I Just don’t get it; they included my bikes insurance and handling fees in service then why are they not capable of fixing my damage. Is this some kind of fraud or scam they are doing, by adding fake charges in fees? (They included handling insurance in case damage they will compensate but didn't happen).

They Don't Take responsibilities to handle with care. They Don't ever Take care of their service. I am regretting taking service from them. Instead, I would have taken DTDC. It would have been much better, to save a few hundred rupees I opted for Safa relocator over DTDC and lost 12000.

I had given bad review on JUN itself on every forum to not take their service, but they gave condition if I remove my review they will transfer all my refund but, here it’s been 7 month, every day I am asking for my damage and no response, I understood I’ll never going to get my rest amount.
I Finally accepted that I lost my 12000 rupees in some fraud.

So, Reason i am writing this review is that I accepted after 6 months that I was a fool to trust them.
which cost me 12000 + 5500(initial charge of bike transfer).
My bad luck. My lovely bike totally got destroyed...
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE its request don't take any services from this dealer. Its big fraud going on.
I am going to take an action for mental torture, scam and cheat for their service soon.
