I have purchased duffel bag with wheels of safari (From such a reputed brand) and in just 9 months it worn out where as it comes with warantee of 5 years. I have made several complaints but no reply came from their end in past 1 month. I have made several complaints through mail and tried to contact the customer care executives through telephone several times but neither they picked the call nor they have replied to my mails till the date... I didn't expected this kind of serveries from such a reputed brand... Look into the matter and get my bag replaced as soon as possible... Was this information helpful? |
