I brought a safari luggage. I have a 5 years international warranty. But after using the wheel got teared off. I have raised a complaint but support team is saying it's natural wear and tear. It doesn't comes under warranty policy. Then what's the use of warranty. After using only I will gets to know. They are not ready to replace this product .

Bag Lock is not working. When i set with a password and locked it then its not opening with the same password.

I bought safari hacker usb laptop bag last year . But it is totally damaged. Please provide me the details to exchange the bag. I am currently in jaipur rajasthan.
I purchased Safari Backpack chase 108 Blue colour from Air Force Canteen, Secunderabad through my friend in the month of May, 2019. After using (as I carried my laptop and other office documents around 3 kgs) of only one month I came to notice that stitches are piercing and handles became weak which caused very inconvenient to me.
Regarding this I made a complaint through E-Mail and contacted several times over phone. But the response was not fruitful.
Totally waste of money and I suggest not to purchase this product. Here I upload some images of the Backpack.
