The five year international warranty safari provides is worthless. They turn down warranty support stating flimsy reasons. They attribute reported defects to mishandling even when there is no mishandling involved. It is so easy for them to dishonor their warranty. Do not get cheated by this brand. Applying for support to safari is tedious and at the end of it they simply refuse. There are so many better brands available now for bags. Buy from them, but never from safari.
