Booked luggage from guwahati to dehradun on 27 dec 22. Luggage reached ambala on 01 jan 23. Even after one week luggage is still in ambala. Noone is responding. Customer care is not providing any positive feedback

    My material is books on 29th dec-22 from HOSUR to NOIDA and that material is reached at gauttam budh nagar on 2nd jan 23 and still showing on line in same place its very urgent for me, and i called on your customer care on 05 jan they told me that material will be delivered on 06 jan but still not recd that material, i am so fed up fro your service its very bad service of safe express i never recomend to anyone for safe express.

          I booked six items for parcel to Ranchi from Agartala on 01/12/2022 by Safexpress. I received all six items on 14/12/2022 at Ranchi. One item's (Steel trunk with Godrej lock) lock was missing. Also valuable items (Alexa speaker, watch etc) worth around Rs. 20, 000 was found missing from the trunk after opening it (photo attached). The trunk had no signs of damage.

          Safexpress Executive called me within 48 hours of comlaint. They provided me a monetary compensation within 24 hours. Even though money cannot suffice the loss I suffered, it helped me to some extent. I hope Safexpress tries to stop these cheap cases of theft of personal belongings in the future. Thanks to this Forum for prompt action.

            We booked a shipment from chennai to kanchipuram on 28th Novembor, But not recieved still on 9th DEC.My waybill no is[protected] its worth of 40000, We could not reach safeexpress baranch at kanchipuram, try to call cusotmer care its also not responsible.Due to this issue our work stopped about 8 days, Manpower lose about 200000.I dont know who solve this..

                    I booked a courier service from Thane to Lucknow. My courier has arrived at Lucknow hub on 11th Nov 2022 and has not yet been delivered to my address. I don't understand the reason of holding my parcel. I tried contacting Lucknow branch but they are not even picking up calls. I contacted Thane Branch and they also have no idea about why my parcel is being hold. The parcel contains food items which are perishable in nature. I paid Rs. 1000 for courier service and the parcel is worth more than Rs. 5000. I want them to refund my money, compensate for the food in the parcel that might have become bad to consume and also compensate for their poor service

                            Not fulfill the promised service

                            I booked my bike as parcel from Mathura (UP) to Pallassana, Palakkad (Kerala)... the company promises a door delivery service and i pay Rs.8000/- full amount for that service... but when it reached in Palakkad office they called me and asked to take the bike from there... i told them that the office is 30 kms away from my home and request to make door delivery... they didn't accept and they give me a reason that they have no suitable vehicle...

                              SafeExpress had my bike with them for 1 whole month.
                              My bike was totally damaged when I recieved it on August first week. It took them 1 whole month to deliver it to me. They said they will compensate for my damages but I only received 20000rs, while the total damages are estimated for 50000rs and i had submitted all the proof regarding those damages.

                              Now they are saying this is the best they can do for me. Which is not acceptable for thier bad service. Please do some justice for me i had suffered a lot these 2 months because of SafeExpress.

                                More than 2 months now since I shipped my bike through SafeExpress. My bike was totally damaged when I recieved it on August first week. It took them 1 whole month to deliver it to me. They said they will compensate for my damages but I haven't had a response from them for a month. Still waiting on their response regarding the damages.
                                This is totally unacceptable, for the last 2 months I have been on calls continuously asking for the status and waiting for their response.
                                I don't know if this is only happening to me or SafeExpress just has a bad CUSTOMER service.

                                I am never ever going to SafeExpress again neither am I suggesting them to anyone.

                                My only request is to just pay me for the damages

                                SafeExpress totally wrecked my bike and the damages estimation was around rs. 50000 and they are saying now they could only pay me 20k or nothing.
                                This is totally unacceptable. Looks like i paid them to suffer.

                                  I Requested for cancellation of Shipment from meerut UP to Kashmir Bearing number[protected]

                                  The manager at Meerut City Branch accepted the request and promised that he will send the consignment back to the origin.

                                  Neither the consignment has been sent to the origin not the manager is answering my calls.
