[Resolved] Safexpress — claim for destruction of items (waybill no.[protected] | |||
Under campus2home service. I had sent a wall mounted mirror through safexpress. But the mirror was broken when delivered. As per the campus2home policy i want to claim the damages for the same. I did contact the chat service 4-times when they finally informed me to contact here. The packaging hasn't been opened by me people from safexpress can examine the same reimburse me for the damage. My way bill no 58061583 booked at Itanagar on 22 march 2018 not yet delivered at Sri ganganagar. It's location in shown at destination whereas I'm not in receipt of my luggage by 12 April 2018. No support shown by customer care too. Please deliver luggage immediately.
