[Resolved] Safexpress — delivered damaged order. | |
Hello, It very frustrating. Our products got damaged because of poor service and handling. Half of our order go damaged. We had marked *fragile* to all our bundles. But instead of that safexpress haven't cared about the order. As usual no one is picking our calls. We are having business account with safexpress and we are dispatching 5-6 order a day. This means we are giving good business to safexpress. But now, we thinking to move to other shipping partner. At least safexpress should have to reply. Highly disappointed!!!
